Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Pluria account at any time from inside the app. Requests enter a 30-day recovery window before becoming permanent.
How deletion works
- Immediately after request, your account enters pending deletion status.
- For 30 days, you can sign back in and restore the account.
- After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent and sign-in access is removed.
- Handles and public identity remain unavailable while deletion is pending and through permanent deletion.
Delete from the app
- Open Pluria.
- Go to Account or the account settings area.
- Open the Delete account flow.
- Confirm the request and complete any required re-authentication.
After you request deletion
Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately, but permanent deletion does not happen until the recovery period ends. During that period, your access and public identity may be limited while the account is pending deletion.
Subscriptions and billing
If you bought Premium through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your Pluria account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it through the same store account that billed the purchase.

Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, send a clear deletion request to account@pluria.org and include the account identifier.
What is removed
Permanent deletion removes the account profile, authentication access, and associated personal settings, subject to lawful retention and product-integrity needs. Public content owned by the account is queued for deletion as part of the permanent deletion process.
What may remain in anonymized form
Some votes, poll history, or anti-abuse records may remain in aggregate or anonymized form where necessary to preserve statistical integrity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
What happens to verification data
Where applicable, approved or rejected identity-verification media, moderator decisions, and device-binding records are reviewed as part of account deletion. Media and active bindings are deleted or delinked when they are no longer needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Cancel deletion
If you change your mind during the 30-day recovery window, sign back in to restore the account before permanent deletion completes.
