Billing
Billing and subscriptions
How Pluria Premium works, where billing happens, and how to manage or cancel.
Premium renews each month through the App Store or Google Play, until you cancel.
Personal Premium and page Premium are separate subscriptions.
Verified badges require evidence and review; Premium uses a different badge.
Apple and Google handle refunds and any disputes about a charge.
Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
We use the standard in-app subscription that Apple and Google offer. The price, the billing period, taxes, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
How the billing works
- Where it’s available, Premium is a monthly subscription that renews on its own.
- Charges go to your Apple ID or Google Play account once you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal dates, local taxes, store messages, and regional pricing are all set by the store for your country.
- Free trials, introductory offers, and price changes follow the store’s rules — you’ll see the details on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- If you subscribe on one platform, the subscription is tied to the Pluria account or page you bought it for — not to a different account.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Cancellations and changes go through Apple or Google — not through us. Deleting the app or your Pluria account doesn’t cancel an active subscription, so make sure to do that with the store too.
Apple App Store
Open Apple’s subscriptions page using the Apple ID that bought the subscription, then manage or cancel it from there.
Manage on AppleGoogle Play
Open Google Play’s subscriptions page using the Google account that bought the subscription, then manage or cancel it from there.
Manage on Google PlayRefunds and restoring a purchase
- Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple’s Report a Problem page.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases go through Google under Google Play’s rules.
- If you reinstall the app, change devices, or sign in again, use the “Restore purchases” option in the app to bring your subscription back.
- If restore doesn’t work, email support@pluria.org and tell us whether you paid through Apple or Google, and whether the subscription belongs to a person or to a page.
Google Play users can also start a cancellation at Google’s subscription cancellation page or ask for a refund at Google Play refund help.
Ads and your choices
Free parts of Pluria can show ads. Premium removes the supported ads for the person or page that paid for it — but it can’t guarantee that every public web page, every embedded card, or every other site will be ad-free.
On phones, the way ads are shown and measured depends on Apple’s, Google’s, and your country’s privacy rules. On the website, pluria.org may use ads, cookies, local storage, and similar tools to show ads, keep the site secure, and measure how it’s used. You can re-open the Ad choices link in the footer at any time to change your settings.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing
Deleting your Pluria account removes your data and access — but it doesn’t cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You’ll need to cancel that with the store directly, otherwise it will keep renewing.
See Delete account for how account deletion works, and Terms of Service for the rules that cover billing.
Billing support
For restore problems, the wrong account being charged, or questions about whether a subscription belongs to a person or a page, email support@pluria.org.
For charges, renewal dates, or refund approvals, please contact Apple or Google first — they handle the actual payments.
