Billing, subscriptions, and ad choices

This page explains how Pluria Premium billing works, what a subscription covers, how ads and ad-free scope are handled, and where to manage refunds or cancellations.

Store-managed billing

Premium is sold through Apple App Store and Google Play.

Pluria uses native in-app subscriptions for Premium where available. Current pricing, billing period, taxes, and any introductory offer are shown in the purchase flow before you confirm the subscription.

What Premium applies to

Personal Premium

Applies only to the billed personal account. It removes supported ads for that personal account and can affect trusted-vote eligibility for that account.

Page Premium

Applies only to the billed page context. It removes supported ads and unlocks page tools for that page only. Pages still do not vote.

Manual support grants

Some moderator or support resolutions may add Premium access manually. Manual access is not an active App Store or Google Play subscription and has no automatic renewal.

Premium access is tied to the billed target. It does not automatically transfer from a personal account to a page, from one page to another, or from one store account to another.

Purchases and billing terms

  • Premium Studio is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription where available.
  • Charges go to your Apple ID or Google Play account after purchase confirmation.
  • Renewal timing, local taxes, store notices, and regional pricing are handled by the app store for your region.
  • Any free trial, introductory offer, or price change is governed by the store flow shown at purchase time.
  • If you subscribe on one platform, that subscription is still validated against the same Pluria account or page context it was purchased for.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Cancellations and subscription changes are handled by Apple or Google, not by email to Pluria. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Pluria account does not cancel an active store subscription.

Manage or cancel the billed subscription from the Apple subscriptions page for the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel the billed subscription from the Google Play subscriptions page for the Google account that made the purchase.

Refunds and restore purchases

  • Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
  • Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under Google Play rules.
  • Use the in-app Restore flow after reinstalling, changing devices, or signing in again on the same store account.
  • If restore does not work, contact support@pluria.org and include the billed platform plus whether the subscription belongs to a person or a page.

Deleting your account does not cancel billing

If you delete your Pluria account, any active App Store or Google Play subscription must still be cancelled directly with the store. Account deletion affects your Pluria data and access. It does not automatically stop store billing.

For restore problems, incorrect account scope, or questions about whether a subscription is attached to a person or page, email support@pluria.org.

For store charges, renewal timing, or refund approval, contact Apple or Google first because the stores control those payment flows.
